Toby specialises in deep tissue which is similar to a normal massage but the movement is slower and the pressure is deeper. It is especially helpful for chronically tense and contracted areas such as stiff necks, low back tightness and sore shoulders.

He usually includes trigger point therapy and myofascial release in his massages when necessary. Trigger point therapy focuses on releasing what is known as 'knots' in the muscle by putting deep localised pressure on specific points in the muscle while myofascial release is a very soft technique which works by gently stretching the connective tissue that holds the muscles together allowing it to unwind into its natural position.
